For the purposes of delivering a purchase, your email, name and company are collected. This information is not passed on to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Purchases

Credit card transactions are processed securely by eWAY and no card details stored.

Delivery/Payment Terms

Payment is requested at time of purchase. Your credit card details and the resulting transaction is handled by eWAY.

Once you enter your credit card details and click on purchase, the transaction is immediate.

If your payment is accepted, you will be presented with a link to the product(s) you requested and may downloaded immediately. A confirmation email will also be sent to you with all relevant links and a receipt.

You may elect to be invoiced in advance and pay by cheque. In this case the product(s) will be made available to you when the funds are cleared.

Refund and Complaint Handling Policy

Once purchased, we do not offer refunds so choose carefully. Should the downloading options on screen and in the confirmation email cause any issues, please refer to our Contact Page for assistance.

Full refunds will be offered for products with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.
